The tips belong to the employees. Each tip committee sets its own rules and points, and its senior server calculates. This office keeps the list of business codes and hands a committee its link when the committee asks. It can't see rules, points, tip figures, or payouts, and nothing about the money is stored anywhere.

Add or change a code
The code is the word before the first space in the Role column of the hours export (M-T Server, NEP Cook). Codes can't be renamed here; add the new one and set the old one to not tipping.
Upkeep
Lays the tables and seeds the codes and the committees' first rules. Safe to run again; it never overwrites.
